Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the MARRAVA store and purchases of the MARRAVA Marrakech Fringe Bag. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and must use the store only for lawful personal or authorized purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate and current order, billing, contact, and shipping information.
Products and Handcrafted Character
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. The MARRAVA Marrakech Fringe Bag is approximately 11.8 × 7.9 inches (30 × 20 cm) and is offered in Black, Chocolate Brown, and Camel Tan, subject to availability. Because each bag is handcrafted in Marrakech from natural suede, minor differences in color, grain, texture, dimensions, fringe, and artisan finishing are part of its character and are not automatically defects. Screens, lighting, and device settings may also affect how colors appear.
Availability and Order Acceptance
Products and colors may be limited, changed, or discontinued without notice. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or inventory. MARRAVA may reject, limit, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be completed, or fraud, unauthorized activity, resale, or misuse is reasonably suspected. If an accepted payment is canceled, the appropriate amount will be returned using the applicable payment process.
Pricing, Payment, and Corrections
Prices, discounts, and availability are displayed at the time of purchase and may change. You authorize the applicable payment process for the amounts shown at checkout. MARRAVA may correct accidental pricing, description, inventory, or product-information errors and may cancel affected orders where permitted by law. We will communicate material corrections when reasonably possible.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may have separate eligibility, duration, inventory, and combination rules. They have no cash value unless expressly stated and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. Misuse may result in cancellation.
Customer Communications
You agree that MARRAVA may send transactional messages about orders, shipping, customer support, returns, security, and policy updates. Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted or consented to, and applicable opt-out methods will be provided.
Intellectual Property
The MARRAVA name, branding, logos, product presentation, photographs, text, graphics, and store content are owned by or licensed to MARRAVA and are protected to the extent allowed by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, exploit, or use them commercially without written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You may not interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person; submit false information; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; use automated systems to abuse the store; or use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Third-Party Tools, Services, and Links
The store may rely on third-party services for hosting, checkout, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, or other functions and may link to external websites. Those services may have separate terms and policies. MARRAVA is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law.
Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue store features where reasonably necessary.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MARRAVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from store use where such liability may lawfully be limited. This provision does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MARRAVA against claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the entire agreement concerning store use and purchases, except for terms that applicable law requires.
Applicable Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We may update them for operational, legal, or service changes. Updated Terms apply from the date displayed above, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
